CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE

The conference will take place in person Thursday, May 15 – Sunday, May 18, 2025 at
The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46225
Please take note of the following key areas:
- The Conference Registration includes the Undergraduate Luncheon, Amicae Breakfast, Awards Dinner, Conference and Registration Materials, Opening Public Program, Business Sessions, Conference Gift, and Workshops.
- Only purchase additional tickets if you are buying a ticket for your guest(s).
- Please do not submit two registrations for the same individual.
- Please use one email address per registration for voting purposes and important updates.
Conference Registration Refunds:

- Conference Registration Refunds must be requested by the end of Monday, March 31, 2025.
- All refund requests will be processed after the conference.
- A processing fee will be assessed to each refund in the amount $150.
- Please submit registration refund requests to Lawander Bradley-Bey, Regional Tamias-Grammateus, at greatlakestg1920@gmail.com
- The Whova Processing Service Fees will not be refunded. Please use the same email address as used for the initial registration for all refund requests.

- Meal tickets are included in your paid registration.
